Kara, you are too good to be true. It is exceptionally delightful that a person of your age that you would be so conscientious of her job and customer awareness the way that you are. It is truly a rarity that you do what you do and seemingly it is done with the best of intentions and with a song in your heart. There would be very few wrong things in this world if people of your age group would take a step back and look at the way you handle your job. It just goes to show that no matter what kind of job you have and coming this winter we will see if you still have the same initiative that you have right now. I bet you will.
I was standing at the back door when you came onto the porch and I wondered what you meant by deodorizing, but now I see what you have done. It isn’t really necessary to put it a door knocker on the front door as we generally go through the garage to come in and out if it not had been for a delivery, it came today, after you had left, I would not have seen the door knocker. That is excellent advertising for your company and the work that you do in my backyard is an advertisement excellence in of itself and I would be more than happy to let your ownership know just how well you are doing.
Please keep up the work and if you treat all customers the way you treat me and my property I can’t help but to believe that you are the top of the employee list when it comes to customer satisfaction.
